Public Risk Underwriters (PRU) has been in operation since 1970. Utilizing five decades of experience in the insurance industry, Public Risk Underwriters provides coverage for public administrators, police officers, firefighters, emergency responders, school bus drivers and other invaluable public servants.

PRU has performed administrative duties as the Plan Administrator for IPEP for nearly 30 years. IPEP is now the largest provider of public entity workers compensation in the State of Indiana.
