OSHA 300, 300A Logs:

ITA (Injury Tracking Application) requirements. Municipal entities are required to keep an OSHA injury and illness records. Establishments with 250 or more employees are required to submit their logs to OSHA. This link goes in greater detail and provides the link to launch the injury tracking application.

OSHA Posters

The OSHA Job Safety and Health: It's the Law poster, available for free from OSHA, informs workers of their rights under the Occupational Safety and Health Act. All covered employers are required to display the poster in their workplace and in in a conspicuous place where workers can see it. Employers do not need to replace previous versions of the poster.
