"The Street Department of Vincennes was pleased to be a recipient of a 2019 IPEP Safety Grant Award. As with all municipal/county budgets, you work within a limited amount of income. Therefore we feel extremely fortunate to be able to take the grant and purchase items that in the past always get moved to “maybe next year”.
