"IPEP has been a great asset in assisting us with developing a safer work environment by providing on the job safety training as well as making the safety grant available to help with PPE. We were recently awarded the safety grant for 2018, with our main concern of keeping our employees safer during confined space entries. Our focus for the grant was downhole communication as well as keeping our employees free from contaminants while they are in the confined space. With this IPEP grant, we have greatly improved our Confined Space Entry program. IPEP over the years, has truly shown they care about the safety of our employees just as much as our community does and continues to create ways to improve a community’s safety culture. "
